Jack Hanna: I try to find a way to exercise outside each day – it can be as simple as walking the dogs, hiking, or taking a brisk walk in between meetings. Plus, you never know what animals you will see! Staying active helps me keep up my energy levels, remain positive, and reduce stress.
Suzi Hanna: My favorite ways to exercise are gardening and walking our dogs. Being outside – the trees, the sounds, the sun – you can’t beat it. Also – eat fruit! I’m an absolute fruit-aholic. Fresh fruit is a great way to satisfy your cravings for sweets, without eating junk.
